CTL Policy #502: QuickTime Virtual Reality (VR) Production

Description
QuickTime VR is the process of taking still scenes that are captured, stitched together, edited, and compressed into a QuickTime file. The CTL can do this by using a camera that mounts onto a special virtual reality tripod head. The final product allows a person to pan around a scene or rotate an object with a mouse.
