CTL Policy #501: Multimedia Production

- This covers any request for digital media files such as Interactive QuickTime, Flash, Astound, PowerPoint, Digital Imaging, Director, 3-D, Morphing, web page design, JAVA, Kinoma, Palm, and iShell.

- All requests for the Multimedia Production jobs are referred to the Sr. Digital Technology Analyst/Project Manager.
- A CTL Multimedia Production Request form is filled out with all required client and project information. CTL Multimedia Production Request forms are available in the CTL main office area.
- The Sr. Digital Technology Analyst/Project Manager then assigns the job to the appropriate CTL staff (a.k.a., project producer) according to workload and availability.
- Once the job has been completed, the project producer meets with the client to review the job. Additional changes or arrangements are made if necessary.
- Once final approval is obtained in writing from the client, copies of all request forms, production forms, service agreements, copyright clearances, talent releases, etc. are submitted to the front office for billing (if necessary) and filing.
