- Definitions:
- A project is “in-house” after it is accepted and assigned a job number.
- A project is “in-process” after actual work has begun on the project or it has been sent to a contracted service provider.
- An in-house project may have additional work added to the overall project providing that a significant change does not occur to the nature of the request. Significant change must be defined, by the respective area manager, based on the original nature of the service request.
- An in-process project cannot have additional work added to the project.
- Add-on work to an in-process project will be assigned a new job number and be considered a new project.
