  1. Definitions:
    1. A project is “in-house” after it is accepted and assigned a job number.
    2. A project is “in-process” after actual work has begun on the project or it has been sent to a contracted service provider.
  2. An in-house project may have additional work added to the overall project providing that a significant change does not occur to the nature of the request. Significant change must be defined, by the respective area manager, based on the original nature of the service request.
  3. An in-process project cannot have additional work added to the project.
  4. Add-on work to an in-process project will be assigned a new job number and be considered a new project.
