Job Scheduling

Generally, a graphics request should be submitted in person. This allows us to check over your project, ask questions and set a production schedule with you. A completed request form that includes your account number and an authorized signature is required before we can start your project.

Lead times

Normal: Please allow 10 working days for an average project.
Rush: We will try to meet your deadline. However, any extra expenses incurred in meeting rush requests will be charged back to you.

Service Fee

Graphic Arts charges a $30.00 per hour labor fee plus the cost of materials or services provided by outside vendors. There is no labor fee for materials produced for credit classes, only a fee for the cost of materials.
