Fit BowlFit Bowl is a new exciting program that will keep your mind on exercise. This is an eight week cardiovascular program centered around the college football season and the Bowl Championship Series. Follow your favorite team and travel to the bowl of your choice while burning calories along the way. Your goal is to travel the amount of miles from WSU to one of the four major bowls listed below. The idea is that one minute of exercise equals one mile traveled. Be sweet to your goal and travel to the Sugar Bowl or go for it all to the parade of roses and the historic Rose Bowl game. The Fit Bowl is designed for all fitness levels and anyone with a Wright One ID card. You can log your minutes/miles at the Recreation Desk or via e-mail. Shirts will be awarded to the participants that reach the bowl of their choice. (But you must get to the bowl game before time is up) *Sign-up starts *Deadline for sign-up *Fit Bowl starts *Fit Bowl ends BOWL CHOICES Rose Bowl = 1,907 miles (5 days a week at 50 minutes per day) Fiesta Bowl = 1,598 miles (4 days a week at 50 minutes per day) Orange Bowl = 993 miles (3 days a week at 40 minutes per day) Sugar Bowl = 757 miles (3 days a week at 30 minutes per day)
