Cross Ohio

 

This is a great incentive program that will keep you truckin' in your exercise!  Cross Ohio is a 9 week program based upon miles you travel.  Chart your miles/minutes weekly in the binder located at the rec desk (Or email them to Stephanie at Supan.2@wright.edu).  Your goal is to reach the ultimate mileage at the end of the 9 weeks.  1 minute of exercise = 1 mile traveled.  This year the miles/minutes you need to travel will take you to different cities in Ohio, equalling 900 miles for 9 weeks.

The program runs from January 14th-March 14th.

Sign up Starts: January 7th

Sign up Ends: January 18th
