Rec Fit Personal Training

Looking to get in shape but don’t know how to get started? Choose a personal trainer to help achieve your fitness goals! Your training can be one on one, or you can join a friend for buddy sessions. Personal training is available to all Fitness Center members for a reasonable fee.

Working with a Campus Recreation personal trainer is an effective way to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.  Your trainer will develop a customized workout plan specific to your needs, instruct you through proper weight lifting form and technique, and increase motivation and understanding of fitness. 

How to get started:

1. You must be a member of the Student Union Fitness Center and possess a valid Wright One Card.
2. Complete the interest form on the brochure (located at the recreation desk) or call 937-775-5816.
3. The personal trainer will conduct a health history questionnaire, discuss general fitness goals and package options. 
4. A personal trainer will contact you to set up your training sessions and health assessment.

Student Rates:

6 Sessions $105 $165
12 Sessions $180 $300

Faculty, Staff & Alumni Rates:

6 Sessions $165 $285
12 Sessions $300 $540

* Group denotes a personal trainer working with 2-3 people at the same time
* Fitness tests for students will be a charge of $20, and faculty, staff or alumni will be charged $25
