The Adapted Recreation program provides competitive and recreational opportunities for students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Although these programs are designed specifically for individuals with disabilities, everyone is encouraged and welcome to attend. Extra wheelchairs are available and waiting for you to get involved.

Bring a friend and take part in our many new and exciting activities.

Fitness Class- HPR 100 is a great way to get into shape and relieve stress from classes and studying. Learn about fitness, how you can improve strength, flexibility and weight control, as well as how to access the Fitness Center as independently as possible.

Adapted Aquatics-You do not need to know how to swim in order to participate in this program. Come see what it is all about, increase your range of motion and flexibility, learn basic swimming skills and just have fun!
