Registration Policy

Cancellation:

• If cancellations are made by the registrant/company up to ten (10) business days prior to the seminar, fees are fully refundable.
• If cancellations are made by the registrant/company within ten (10) business days of the course date, the registrant/company will be charged the full registration fee for any cancellation, no-show, or withdrawal.
• Notification of cancellation may be handled by the registrant/company via mail, e-mail, telephone, or fax. (please see contact information below)
• Wright State University Center for Performance Excellence reserves the right to cancel or reschedule seminars at its discretion.
  

Payment:

• Tuition and fees must be received at least ten (10) business days prior to the first day of the seminar.
