If you or someone you know has been exhibiting 3 or more of these symptoms, you may want to find someone to talk to about the possibility of depression.

If you or someone you know has frequent thoughts of death or suicide, seek professional help immediately.

Call the Counseling and Wellness Services at 775-3407.  Counseling and Wellness Services is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

If you need to speak to someone after regular business hours you may reach an after-hours counselor by contacting the University Police at 775-2111.
