As part of our commitment to improving your child’s present and future education, our school will host a science day for our students on (Date). As you may know, an essential component of a science fair is the awarding of prices to the best projects. Not only does that encourage our students to work harder, but it also helps them build on experience for their future education. In order to have a fair and valid selection of the best projects we need judges with varying scientific backgrounds and interests. A good judge does not need a high level of specialized scientific background, only an understanding of the scientific method and a desire to help students build enthusiasm for science. We will need judges to be available from (start time) to (stop time). Lunch will be provided for all judges. We think that you would make a great judge, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could participate.
