Winter 2003 through Fall 2003 Practica supervisor. Involves supervising students who conduct an off-site practicum in exchange for course credit. Serving as a practicum source for the London Correctional Institute where they need some assistance in training prisoners for reentry into society. Students meeting criteria to engage in this practicum will receive an excellent supervised experience in working with the prisoner reentry program (where prisoners receive counseling for reentry into society). Other opportunities arising in 2003 include work with autistic children.

Psychology Club and Psi Chi - the WSU chapter of the National Honor Society in Psychology: Officers of both organizations work together to (1) organize faculty to present material on the graduate school application process, (2) invite speakers from WSU graduate programs to talk about their programs, (3) provide a forum for student interaction and networking to help learn about future planning and careers opportunities, (4) develop fundraising events to sponsor student travel to a professional psychological meeting held in May in Chicago,(5) hold social events to promote students getting to know each other better and foster a sense of community within the Department of Psychology, (6) hold an annual awards ceremony to recognize deserving undergraduates and induct new members to Psi Chi.
