PsychologyResearch Funding Proposed and Awarded
PsychologyAwards and RecognitionDr. Dragana Claflin was awarded a CoSM 2001-2002 Outstanding Teaching Award. Frank Lee, a freshman psychology major, was selected to the APA Summer Science Institute held at Columbia University in New York in 2002. Dr. Tamera Schneider was awarded a CoSM 2001-2002 Outstanding Teaching Award. Outreach3 faculty, 2 staff, approximately 5 graduate students, and 15 undergraduate students participated in the High School Outreach Project. This project presents the broad spectrum of Psychology to high school students. They visited three high schools in the winter and spring, and hosted six schools for the 2nd Annual Exploring Behavior Days.
