Graduate Teaching Award Nomination form
Faculty Teaching Award Nomination form
The College of Science and Mathematics each year presents a cash award and certificate to two or three of its faculty and to two or three graduate teaching assistants in recognition of outstanding teaching. An Awards Committee is now accepting nominations for awards for this academic year. Any student, colleague, or alumnus is invited to submit a nomination by providing information on the form provided. All GTAs in the College of Science and Mathematics (except winners of teaching awards for last year) are eligible for nomination. All full-time faculty (*except winners of teaching awards for the last four years) are eligible for nomination.
You need not be a Science and Mathematics major to make a nomination, nor should you feel obligated to nominate anyone at this time.
These faculty members are not eligible for this year's award.
