Bio
Dr. LaHuis joined the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Department at Wright State in 2003. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Hope College and his Master's and Doctoral Degree from the University of Connecticut. Prior to teaching at Wright State, Dr. LaHuis worked at the Office of Personnel Management in Washington D.C. He is currently the area leader for the Industrial/Organizational Psychology department.
Research Interests
Dr. LaHuis currently advises masters and doctoral level graduate students. His research interests include item response theory, multilevel modeling, and measuring change.
