Bio
Nathan A. Bowling, a professor of psychology at Wright State University, earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ohio University (1999) and a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from Central Michigan University (2005). Nathan has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. His work has appeared in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and Human Performance. Nathan currently advises masters and doctoral level graduate students.
Research Interests
Nathan’s research interests include aggressive/counterproductive/deviant employee behavior, job satisfaction, and occupational stress. His research has been funded by the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Foundation and he serves on the editorial boards of Journal of Organizational Behavior, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, the Journal of Business and Psychology, and Human Resource Management Review.
