Research Interests: Contingency table analysis, survival analysis, goodness of fit tests

Biography: Dr. Khamis came to Wright State in 1980 after completing his Ph.D. in statistics at Virginia Tech specializing in the loglinear model for categorical data.  He currently serves as graduate student advisor for the M.S. degree program in applied statistics.  He has a joint appointment in the Department of Community Health, Boonshoft School of Medicine and also serves as director of the Statistical Consulting Center.
