University Fiscal Services staff are working remotely. Business and Fiscal Officers are providing support in their assigned college or non-academic unit as part of leadership where requested and will be onsite as necessary.
Service levels will not change. Staff are checking voicemail daily and can be contacted via email as per usual operations. Entries will continue to be reviewed and processed and org requests through Service Now will continue to be completed.
Business and Fiscal Officers are working remotely where possible and will either have office phones forwarded to personal phones or will check messages daily. Budget development for fiscal year 2021 is continuing as scheduled.
Efforts have been coordinated with Human Resources and other departments to maintain level of service related to personnel changes. All other functions (daily budget management, grants management, etc.) will continue. As areas of concern are identified, Business and Fiscal Officers will provide specific direction.
