Leadership

The College of Nursing and Health plays a leadership role in meeting the Miami Valley's need for well-prepared nurses. The major programs offer the only public-assisted university-level nursing program in the Dayton area, create innovative programs in community-oriented nursing, and reach out to current nursing professionals to upgrade their knowledge and skills.

Graduates of the college dominate the leadership of the Region's health care institutions and agencies, providing a level of expertise and influence without peer. And the college defines the leading edge of nursing practice, education and research with programs to serve the community's population.
