FileMaker, a database program, is also available free of charge, but is not automatically installed. Microsoft doesn't produce Access for Macs. MS Office 2001 is available thru CaTS at no charge. However, they recommend that users with Office 98 stay with Office 98. |

| Software
other than what is listed above needs to be purchased. If you want
the college to purchase it, you must request it thru the CTC on a
Non-Standard Computer Hardware/Software Request form (see link below);
otherwise your department will pay for it.
Also, if a software application is purchased and is not listed above, the Help Desk will probably not be able to support the application. This is something to keep in mind before purchasing a new application.
