How to get help

If your computer is either working poorly or not at all, call the technology coordinator, Virginia Gimenez, at ext. 3776, or the CaTS Help Desk at ext. 4827.  Call them, too, if you need quick instruction on a task in a supported application.  For more information on these two types of help, follow the links below:

Don't think a problem is too minor to bother someone with; the Help Desk staff are trained to help with both software and hardware problems as well as application questions.
