Where are the files I know I saved?There are three drives you could have saved your file to:
(For more details on what drives you have and who else has access to them, go to Drives & Files on the FAQ page.) To find a file you know you saved:If the file you are looking for was recently saved:
This will show you where you last saved a file in that application. Another way to look for the file is to:
If this doesn't work, a more complex method follows:
The "Look in" box is a drop down menu; choose either the C:, the H: or K: drive. If you don't find the file in
the first drive you look in, continue to choose drives until you
find the file you are looking for. Each time you search If neither method works, you will have to call the CaTS Help Desk at ext. 4827. Although, be prepared: there isn't much else to be done short of searching through every folder yourself.
