House Of Bread
The House of Bread, a non-profit organization in Dayton whose mission is to serve guests in need of a hot meal in a welcoming environment, were supported Saturday October 24th by the Germanic Studies Association!
GSA, or Germanic Studies Association, a student run organization that promotes the study of the history, culture, language, and people of Germanic countries; most notably those of Germany and Austria at Wright State University. GSA wanted to serve the Dayton community in a way that was different from many other student organizations, a way that provided assistance in a hands-on manner however also support the House of Bread in its missionof being a long-term community facility.
Melodie Bennett, Executive Director of House of Bread, and the team at House of Bread welcomed GSA, and everyone was soon hard at work serving 198! GSA cannot thank the House of Bread and the served guests enough for the wonderful experience!
