Stuart Goldberg

K. Stuart Goldberg is a Dayton area (Beavercreek) native who graduated magna cum laude with majors in Religion and Political Science in 1974. He was the founding editor of the Religion department newsletter. Stuart went on to study law at The Ohio State University, obtaining his Juris Doctor degree in 1978. He practiced civil rights law with the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission and the Dayton Legal Aid Society until he relocated to Palm Beach, Florida in 1984.

Stuart is a partner at Marlow, Connell, Abrams, Adler, Newman & Lewis, a Miami-based civil litigation law firm, where he specializes in professional malpractice & premises liability and commercial insurance trial practice. He is also a Supreme Court certified civil mediator and arbitrator.

He is married to Rebeca, who is from Havana, Cuba, and has two children, Jay Brandon and Robin Joy, who are both students at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.
