Sena Ayenu obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in 1989 with a concentration in Business Administration from his home country, Togo ( West Africa ), before coming to the United States in 1990. After completing the English as a Second Language program in 1991, Sena was accepted in the Urban Affairs graduate program at WSU. In April 1999, he accepted a position with Citibank in Washington , D.C. as a Credit Manger in their Commercial Market Group and in November, 2002, Sena was promoted to Vice President with the same division of Citibank.
