Initial Licensure and M.Ed.

Please visit the website below for more information on initial licensure to teach K-12 (in Spanish or French) and for other CEHS program information. For renewal of the 5 year license for the second time, you must have a Master's degree per the current renewal rules for the state of Ohio. Please contact the College of Education and Human Service's Office of Student Services for renewal advising.

Master of Humanities

After achieving a B.A. in Spanish, French or German, a student may apply for the Master of Humanities program.  With this degree, the student may teach in a college or university setting, but would need licensure to teach K-12 in the state of Ohio.  Please visit website below for information on this program.
