Upon graduation from Wright State University in 1999, Karine Daddah worked in Marketing for Teradata Corporation for six years before deciding to stay home with her children and raise them in a bilingual environment. She found her true calling when she first began teaching French at WSU, in 2007. She started as a part-time French teacher prior to getting hired as a full time instructor in September 2010.

Karine was born in Senegal (West Africa) and raised in Mauritania (West Africa) and France (Montpellier). She went to Chicago as an “au pair” for one year to learn English and never left the US. She pursed her studies at WSU and earned an MBA in International Business. She has been living in Centerville for the past fifteen years. She goes back to France once a year to visit with her relatives. Karine teaches all levels of French, including a French Business class, offered once a year.

Karine Daddah loves to share her personal and relatable experiences with students in order to help create a stimulating learning environment. She loves to cook and travel to different parts of the world. Karine spends her spare time with family, friends and her yellow lab, Zoe.
