Portfolio Seminar
Bi-annual Graduate Student Portfolio Seminars will be held during the Fall and Spring terms. In short, these seminars familiarize graduate students with the Master of Arts (M.A.) Portfolio processes and expectations. Faculty members or successful former students will be available to answer questions during these seminars. All graduate students should plan to attend this important informational meeting. Free snacks for all who attend! |
| Book Sale
The English Club and EGO corroborate bi-annually for book sales
during the Fall and Spring terms. The proceeds from these
books sales are the only source of revenue for EGO, so please
plan to participate. You may purchase donated books or come
and help out during the sale. Often we have plenty of books,
but are in need of workers, especially people to set up in the
morning and tear down in the afternoon. |
| As a means to express our appreciation for the overwhelming support
we receive from English department faculty, we have established
the EGO Faculty Recognition Award. We will honor the recipient by
giving them a certificate and by engraving their name on a plaque
that will be displayed in the English department office. The
plaque will have space for the names of future recipients.
We will present the award at our end of year celebration.
