Thirty winners are chosen; each one gives a reading in Columbus, has a poem published in the annual anthology, and receives an honorarium.)
Harriet McFerren Memorial Award, presented by the Ohio Poetry Day Association, for the poem “Child’s Cabala,” published in its Best of 1988 anthology.
