 "After graduating with an MBA in Finance from
Wright State University in 2003, Burhan Kawosa, CFA, joined
the Department of Finance and Financial Services as an
Instructor. He has taught courses in corporate finance,
investments, international finance, personal finance,
financial derivatives, fixed income, and portfolio
management. He has been instrumental in the introduction of
CFA preparation to the Finance curriculum and serves as
advisor to the Finance Club.
Burhan has received numerous awards for teaching
including the Wright State University’s
Presidential Award for Excellence – Outstanding
Instructor, the Outstanding Finance Faculty Teaching
Award (thrice) and the Outstanding Graduate Faculty
Teaching Award.
He is a member of the CFA Institute and also serves on
the board of the Dayton CFA Society."
