Kori O’Neil: Marketing
"Don’t dismiss internship opportunities. I was terrified to do my first one because the job description seemed over my head. It’s important to understand that internships are there to allow the students to learn. You are allowed to make mistakes. That’s the point of an internship. Make mistakes and learn from them. I also did one job shadow and it opened my eyes to so many different types of jobs that I never heard of. Taking proactive steps to gaining experiences and knowledge of the outside world can really help you in the future."
Kate Lash, Accounting
"My most valuable experience at the Raj Soin College of Business was qualifying for the IMA’s National Case Competition in Denver, Colorado! I am on a team with four other accountancy students at WSU that was selected as one of the top four teams in the nation. Wright State has always had a long-reputation for excellence in accounting, and I love that I am now part of the tradition.”
