February Event:  Dayton's Long-Term Workforce

Two panels will discuss the future of Dayton's workforce. A panel of IT business leaders, moderated by Dr. Berkwood Farmer, Dean of the Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University, will discuss what type of workforce they need to grow their business. After their discussion, a panel of college department chairs will discuss what they need from the local business community. This panel will be led by Don Hopkins, CIO for NCR and a professor at WSU. Both panels will speak for approximately 30 minutes and there will be time for questions from the audience.  The panels will be announced next month.
