Job Description

Wright State University and the Raj Soin College of Business is seeking an instructor or their PHR/ SPHR preparation course.  The program is currently looking for an instructor to teach the Employee and Labor Relations class. This position requires a Senior Professional Human Resources Certification and five plus years of experience in employee and labor relations. The position requires involvement in all areas of the SHRM Learning System Module related to Employee and Labor Relations.  Incumbent should be familiar with Employee and Labor Relations as it applies to the enforcement of laws in a union environment.  This person also needs to have extensive knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws affecting employment in union and nonunion environments, positive employee relations, union organizing activity, collective argaining activities, and contract negotiations.  This person needs to be able to read, plan, and organize teaching plans for the module related to Employee and Labor Relations. This persons teaching style needs to be dynamic, informative, and motivational.
