Position Description:

The Technology Solution Engineer for Voice Networking is responsible for activities associated with supporting Voice Network solutions to meet NCR business requirements. This is an entry level position for an IT professional with career growth opportunities within the IP Communications team or other Global Network Services disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deployment and support for voice systems; voicemail and PBX systems.
• Testing and certification of new voicemail application versions.
• Testing and certification of new voice PBX application versions. 
• Documentation and communication of new user features and functionality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in one of the following areas: Information Systems, Computer Science
• Highly self motivated to work with the latest technologies.
• Analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any Cisco certifications would be a plus.

Travel:

Travel is estimated at least 5% annually for external training, seminars, or deployments.
