Awards Banquet
Since 1993, we have awarded $212, 500 to 214 students. Funds for these awards are now raised through endowments, alumni contributions, the WSU Campus Scholarship Campaign, and through the fund-raising efforts of our students. Each year Student Union & Event Services (SUES) and Campus Recreation (CREC) hold a banquet to award outstanding students and honor its seniors.
The Banquet not only honors students, but also brings family, friends, students, and alumni together at the Wright State University Student Union. To kick off the celebration, each year SUES & CREC invite their staff and students to attend a Dayton Dragons game the weekend of the banquet. Being a student employee for SUES & CREC is not just about logging hours at work; it's about community!
