Get Involved!

Wright State University's Campus Recreation offers many ways to get involved in the campus community and develop a healthier lifestyle.

Rec Fit classes are offered each weekday at Campus Recreation. Spend time with your peers and get a full body workout for free! Classes include yoga, cycle-fit, bouldering, cardio kickboxing, belly dancing and many more. Also, during spring quarter, the Extreme Team Challenge gives you another reason to participate.
