Lake Campus Celebrates Grand Re-Opening
On Thursday, October 1, 2009 the Lake Campus welcomed hundreds of community members to celebrate the completion of the $9 million renovation and construction project. A brief ceremony was held in the James F. Dicke Hall. Speakers for the ceremony were Lake Campus Dean Jim Sayer, Wright State University President Dr. David Hopkins, and WOEF Development Officer Tom Knapke.
Guided tours were available throughout the evening that included presentations about departments and services available on campus. Visitors enjoyed prizes and discounts at the bookstore as well as refreshments.
