Wright State to host workshop on Internet sales and marketing
Developing and implementing an Internet marketing plan that generates and converts traffic into sales can be a challenge for some businesses. Such businesses will benefit from the “How to Get Traffic to Your Web Site and What to Do When It Gets There: The Key to Successful Internet Marketing” workshop being held on Thursday, Feb. 9, from 8:30 a.m. to noon in the Endeavour Room, Room E156 in the Student Union at Wright State University.
The Ohio Small Business Development Center at Wright State University will sponsor the workshop that will cover how to get quality traffic to your Web site, how to design a Web site to convert your traffic to sales and leads, simple ways to measure the performance of your Web site, how to beat your competition online and winning strategies for Internet success.
Presenting the workshop is Jerry Perrich, director of the Internet Marketing Institute. The company applies traditional marketing principles to the Internet. Perrich has more than 25 years experience in business, including positions as president, vice president for business development, marketing manager and manufacturing supervisor. He is a popular speaker and the author of three books and numerous articles.
