Journalist Hunter-Gault to speak at Wright State
Charlayne Hunter-Gault, who has been a journalist at The New Yorker magazine, a reporter for The New York Times, a national correspondent for PBS: Public Broadcasting Service and a bureau chief for both National Public Radio and CNN, will speak at Wright State University as a part of the Presidential Lecture Series.

Air Force basketball game a homecoming for Ohio star
When Evan Washington plays basketball in Ohio, good things happen.
In his senior year at Reynoldsburg High School near Columbus, Washington averaged 17.2 points a game and led his team to a 20-plus-win season. So it stands to reason that Washington expected some friendly faces as he prepared to lead the Air Force Academy against Wright State University on Dec. 8 in Dayton.

Show of HeART: The Foodbank Installation ![]()
The public is invited to stop by the Robert & Elaine Stein Galleries from Wednesday, December 1, through Friday, December 3, and drop off any number of canned, non-perishable food items that will become part of an interactive installation in the Galleries. Visitors are encouraged to artfully stack the cans along the gallery walls or create inspired arrangements of their own. (12/02/2010)

Wright State’s Madrigal Dinner brings medieval cheer to the holidays
Each year, Wright State University plays host to a cavalcade of lords and ladies, jesters and musicians, and delighted dinner guests. The Madrigal Dinner, held in the Apollo Room at the Student Union, invites attendees to step back into a holiday celebration as it would have happened in the Middle Ages. (12/02/2010)
Wright State to host National Science Olympiad Tournament ![]()
Wright State University announced Weds., Dec. 1, it has been selected as the site for the National Science Olympiad Tournament, which pits teams of bright young students from around the country in science and engineering competitions that often involve everything from astronomy and fossils to balsa structures and battery-powered vehicles.
