Check Conversion Notice
We will convert personal checks received through the mail and in person to an electronic Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction. By presenting your completed, signed check to us either in person or by mail or by depositing it through our night depository box, you authorize us to use the account information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer from your account for the same amount as the check. If the electronic fund transfer cannot be processes for technical reasons, you authorize us to process the copy of your check.
