The department has four new faculty members coming on board. Dr. Volker Bahn, who arrived from McGill in August, filled our position of Global Change Ecologist. Kate Excoffon, cell/molecular biologist with expertise in viral fusion into cell membranes, joins from University of Iowa in January. Lynn Hartzler, who has been a post-doctoral fellow at Wright State for the past 3 years, joins us as a comparative exercise physiologist. And Jeff Peters, from Institute of Arctic Biology in Fairbanks, fills our Molecular Ecology position. Welcome, all!
