Paying your Tuition

Starting Fall Quarter 2006, Wright State University will require students to pay their tuition using 1 of 3 options: 1) Pay your bill using the World Wide Web through Wright State University’s secure interface called Wings Express 2) Pay your bill by check or money order and mail it to the Bursar for processing 3) Pay in person by check, money order or cash. In all instances you will not receive a printed bill from the Registrar so please use one of the options given to resolve your fee bill. Please call the CEE at (937) 775-2322 or (937) 775-2324 if you need any assistance with this process.

Option 1

Pay your bill using the World Wide Web through Wright State University’s secure interface called Wings Express.

To use option 1 you will need your University Identification Number (UID) and corresponding Personal Identification Number (PIN) only. You should have received this number in the mail from the Center for Economic Education via regular mail. The UID starts with the letter "U" (example : U00654321) and the PIN will initially be your birth date (MMDDYY). For this application, please disregard all other usernames and numbers.

PLEASE PRINT THESE DIRECTIONS SO YOU MAY REFER TO THEM DURING THIS PROCESS.

Log into Wings Express to pay your bill by going to the following link http://wingsexpress.wright.edu.
Click on the "Enter Secure Area" link.
Type your University Identification Number (UID) and your six digit Personal Identification Number (PIN), then click the "Login" button. Initially your PIN will be the month, day, and year of your birth. For example, if you were born on September 21, 1966 your PIN would be 092166. If for some reason you are unable to access your student record at this point, please contact the CEE at (937) 775-2322 or (937) 775-2324.
The first time you log into Wings Express, you will be required upon login to change your PIN number. Please record your new PIN and store it in a safe place.
Click on the “Student and Financial Aid” link.
Next, click on “Student Fees.”
Select the applicable term and click on the “submit” button.
Click on the button that says “Click here” to view and pay bills, etc. You will be redirected to another webpage automatically.
Next, click on the “Payments” tab at the top of the page.
Under the "Action" heading in the table, click on the “Pay” link and follow the directions to pay by credit card or electronic check.

Please note: Currently Wright State University charges a 2.75% fee for credit and debit card payments and does NOT accept Visa cards. The Center for Economic Education recommends that you pay by Electronic Check, if you are paying online.

Option 2

Pay your bill by check or money order and mail to the Bursar for processing.

In order to use option 2 you will need to print out your electronic bill and mail it with your payment. To access your electronic bill you will need your University Identification Number (UID) and corresponding Personal Identification Number (PIN) only. You should have received this number in the mail from the Center for Economic Education via regular mail. The UID starts with the letter "U" (example : U00654321) and the PIN will initially be your birth date (MMDDYY). For this application, please disregard all other usernames and numbers.

Next, click on the “EBills” tab at the top of the page.
Click on the “Print this Statement” link in the gray band about a third of the way down the page.
This should generate a paper copy of your bill.
Mail your payment and a paper copy of your bill to: Office of the Bursar, Wright State University, 3640 Colonel Glenn Highway, Dayton, OH 45435-0001.

Option 3

Pay in person by check, money order or cash.

Pay your bill using check, money order or cash by visiting the University Bursar located at E236 Student Union on Wright State University’s Main Campus located in Dayton, Ohio at 3640 Colonel Glenn Highway. Call the Bursar at (937) 775-5650 for more details on paying in-person.
