CLASSROOM VIDEO RECORDING

The CaTS Video Technology Services office offers university faculty the option to have their classroom lectures and activities recorded and made available to students for later viewing. See the sections below for more information on our scheduling and recording policies, office hours, and service hours. If you want to request a classroom recording session, fill out the following form. Your information will be forwarded to the Video Technology Services team.

Scheduling & Recording Policies

CaTS will make every effort to comply with all requests. However, scheduling is based on equipment and personnel availability. When scheduling classroom video recording services, all orders must be requested during office hours only. Video Technology Services requires 10 days notice prior to class start for all quarterly orders. Individual classroom video recordings required 48 hours notice prior to class start for service. For services outside the required notices, please contact Video Technology Services using the contact information below.
