RaiderMail Outage | Posted: November 13, 2013
Earlier today, the RaiderMail service was unavailable for a brief time, but all services are now restored. See Microsoft's official outage report below for more information.
Closure Summary: On Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at approximately 6:02 PM UTC, Microsoft identified an issue in which some customers served from the Americas and European region may have had issues connecting to the Office 365 service for a brief period of time. Investigation determined that an external network fiber cut out of the North American datacenter caused the connectivity issues. Microsoft re-routed traffic to restore service. The issue was resolved on November 13, 2013 at 6:20 PM UTC.
