Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I go for computer account information, problems logging in or password issues?
The CaTS Help Desk can assist you in all these areas. However, WINGS offers fast and easy options for resetting passwords and looking up CAMPUS account information.

What software is available in the computer classrooms?
Go to www.wright.edu/cats/labs/ for details on computer labs, hours of operation and installed software.

How do I have software added to a computer classroom?
Requests for software changes and additions should be sent to the CaTS Help Desk at least 8 weeks before the start of the class. Software will be reviewed for compatability and to ensure basic functionality. This also gives the instructor time to test the software in the lab.
