Video Technology Services requires 10 days notice prior to class start for all quarterly orders. Individual classroom video recordings require 48 hours notice prior to class start for service. For services outside the required notices please contact Video Technology Services using the contact information at the bottom of this form. When scheduling classroom video recording services, all orders must be requested during office hours only. See the Classroom Video Recording page for hours and more details.
