Bill Johnson has been with CaTS since 1998. He has been working with microcomputers since the 1970's and has been a professional support technician for twenty years. |

Mike Natale is the manager of Desktop Services. He has been with CaTS since 2000. He has an Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and a degree in electronics. He is A+ certified and has over 15 years of experience working with Windows based PCs and Macintosh PCs. |

Kyle Peterson is the newest addition to CaTS Desktop Services. He is a Microsoft certified professional with over seven years experience. He has certification in Windows NT and Windows NT Server. Kyle lives in Springfield with his wife and three children and is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems. |
