EQUIPMENT FOR CLASSROOM DELIVERY
CaTS delivers media equipment to any Registrar-scheduled class in the class's Registrar-scheduled room. This page includes information about requesting equipment and lead time.
Ordering Equipment for Classroom Delivery
You may request equipment by phone, mail, or in person:

- Location: Classroom Technology Support office, 017 Dunbar Library
- Business Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
Delivery Order Deadlines
Classroom delivered equipment is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Delivery orders must be received by no later than 2:30 p.m. the day before equipment is needed. Orders placed after 2:30 p.m. will need to be picked up in person at the CTS office in 017 Dunbar Library. Also note that no equipment will be delivered to classrooms before 8 a.m.

Showing Movies or TV Shows in the Classroom: Did you know that the license for that movie you "bought" may only allow you to show it at home, not on campus?
