Fitness & Wellness Programs
Begins January 26, Registration opens Jan. 12.
Stay on track with your exercise goals this semester with our 12 week exercise incentive program, Cross Ohio. Vitrtually travel through the buckeye state and earn points for each minute you exercise. All finishers will receive a participation prize. Registration is free. Sign up at the Student Union Rec Desk.
Chair Massage in the Student Union
Chair massage in the Student Union is offered every second Friday of the month. Stop by the Rec Desk to make an appointment. Program fees are very affordable. A 15 minute massage is $12.00. Thirty minute sessions are avaiable for $24.00.
Rec Fit Happy Hour
Friday, Janaury 30 from 11-1:00 p.m.

National Wear Red Day
Friday, February 6
Heart disease is the number one cause of premature death in the United States. Be an advocate for healthy hearts by wearing red on February 6. Visit www.GoRedforWomen.org/WearRedDay to learn about other ways to "go red."
National Nutrition Month
March is National Nutrition Month. This year's theme is Bite Into a Healthy Lifestyle. Fore more information, visit www.eatright.org/nnm and join us in March for our annual Healthy Recipe Contest.
National Start Walking Day

Join us for a one-mile fitness walk on the quad at noon!
Friday, April 24
Run/Walk! Bike! Swim! -- Challenge yourself with a 6 mile bike, 2 mile run/walk and a 250 yard swim. Registration opens Monday, February 23.
