Chair Massage in the Student Union is an awesome and affordable stress buster! Offered every second Friday in the SU. Make an appointment at the SU Rec Desk. Program fees: 15 minutes/$12.00, half hour/$24.00

 

National Yoga Month: September is National Yoga Month, and the Office of Campus Recreation is offering free small group office yoga sessions to celebrate. Learn easy-to-do stretches and breathing techniques to reduce muscle tension and stress in these 20 minute sessions. Sessions avaiable Monday-Friday, September 5-29 from 9:30-4:30 pm. Send an e-mail to Rec-Fit@wright.edu with "Office Yoga" as the subject to schedule a session for your office or student group.

 

Rec Fit Happy Hour: Interested in a free personal training consultation? Send an e-mail to Rec-fit@wright.edu for a complimentary 30 minute session on select Fridays in October. Sessions include a brief introduction to the four components of health-related fitness and a one-on-one exercise session with a Rec-Fit personal trainer.
