Mission
The Institute for Business
Integrity (IBI)
provides a forum and resources to continually improve
moral competency in business education and to promote responsible
practices in the business community.
The Institute is aligned with the college mission of
developing successful and ethical business leaders and it does
so through focused service, teaching and research activities.

Joseph A. Petrick, Ph.D., Executive Director, is Professor of Management in the Raj Soin
College of Business at
Wright State University. He holds a Ph.D. from
Pennsylvania State University
and has taught and produced
research in the business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and global sustainability fields for 35 years,
providing organizational ethics consulting and training
services in the last 15 years. He has direct management
experience in the private, public and nonprofit sectors,
and has served as a national, state and local Baldrige
Quality Award Examiner for organizational excellence.
He has co-authored four books, including Management Ethics: Integrity At
Work, and published over 100
refereed conference papers and journal articles in business ethics journals such
as the
Journal of
Business Ethics, Business and Professional Ethics and Business and Society Review |

David S. Bright, Ph.D., Assistant Director, is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University.
He holds a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University and has taught and produced research in organizational virtuousness, positive organizational scholarship, and social issues in management. He has served as a Research Fellow at the Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit, and is interested in transformative organizational innovations for mutual benefit in business, society and the environment. He has published in the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Business Ethics, and the Academy of Management Executive. |

Natasha V. Munshi, Ph.D., Assistant Director, is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and has taught and produced research in international stakeholder management, social innovation and entrepreneurship, global strategic management and business citizenship. She has delivered executive MBA education at City University in London, HEC Lausanne in Switzerland and the Cass Business School in Shanghai. She has published in Business and Society Review,Organizational Dynamics and the Journal of Business Strategies. |
