Mission
The Institute for Business
Integrity (IBI)
provides a forum and resources to continually improve
moral competency in business education and to promote responsible
practices in the business community.
The Institute is aligned with the college mission of
developing successful and ethical business leaders and it does
so through focused service, teaching and research activities.

Joseph A. Petrick, Ph.D., Director, is Professor of Management in the Raj Soin
College of Business at
Wright State University. He holds a Ph.D. from
Pennsylvania State University and has taught and produced
research in the business ethics field for 30 years,
providing organizational ethics consulting and training
services in the last 10 years. He has direct management
experience in the private, public and nonprofit sectors,
and has served as a national, state and local Baldrige
Quality Award Examiner for organizational excellence.
He has co-authored five books, including Management Ethics: Integrity At
Work, and published over fifty
refereed journal articles in business ethics journals such
as the
Journal of
Business Ethics, Business and Professional Ethics and Business and Society Review |

Scott D. Williams, Ph.D., Associate
Director, is Associate Professor of Management in
the Raj Soin College of Business at
Wright State University.
He holds a Ph.D. in management from
Texas A&M University and is certified as a Senior
Professional in Human Resources. Williams is also a strategy consultant, executive coach and trainer for
local managers and professionals.
His business research appears in journals such as
Journal of Management Development, Personnel Review,
Global Business and Economics Review, and Human
Resource Management Review. |

Jason E. Scott, Institute Research Assistant,
is currently completing his MBA degree at Wright State
University. He has
worked as a defense contractor at Northrop Grumman and has
prior
entrepreneurial and business consulting experience. His current
areas of focus include research, finance and information
technology. |

Donald R. Sorrells Jr., Institute Research Assistant,
is currently completing his MBA degree at Wright State
University. He also completed his B.S.B. in Marketing
at Wright State University. He has
worked in the sales industry for 9 years. His current
areas of concentration include marketing, finance and management,
innovation and change. |
